Job Information - Load Job - Load by Debtor
Use this option to recall a normal service job or a field service job by debtor number.
- Select TRANSACTIONS | JOB TRANSACTIONS.
Micronet displays the Job Information screen.
- Select LOAD JOB | LOAD BY DEBTOR.
Micronet displays the Job Selection screen.
- If required, you can filter the list of jobs displayed by Debtor, Job No or Job Status.
Micronet displays the jobs matching your criteria at the bottom of the screen.
- Double-click on the job you want to load, or select a job and press the Enter key.
Micronet redisplays the Job Information screen with the job header details.
- Continue processing the job by completing the steps required in the "Job Transactions Overview".
